MoMo's Itabag offers ita bags, styling accessories, anime collaboration bags, and products identified as officially licensed anime pins and badges. This notice explains our relationship to the intellectual property, how product licensing is described, and how to report a concern.
Intellectual property ownership
Anime and character names, artwork, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property belong to their respective rights holders. MoMo's Itabag does not claim ownership of those rights.
Our role as an independent retailer
MoMo's Itabag is an independent online retailer operated by Green House Intelligent Technology (HK) Co., Limited. We are not the IP owner or an official brand-operated store. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, a listing should not be read as a claim that MoMo's Itabag itself is sponsored, endorsed, or operated by a rights holder.
Official, original-design, and fan-made products
Our catalog includes original-design ita bags and accessories, anime collaboration bags, and merchandise identified as officially licensed. An “Officially Licensed” label is shown only when product-level sourcing, supplier, packaging, or licensing information supports that statement. Original designs are not, by themselves, a claim of an anime IP license. Any items described as fan-made are distinct from official merchandise. The product page is the source of truth for each item.
How we review licensing information
Before publishing an official licensing claim, we review information available from suppliers, distributors, packaging, and product records in good faith. If the available evidence is unclear, we do not apply the official badge. We may update or remove a listing if new information raises a concern.

If you are a rights holder, representative, supplier, or customer and believe a listing or image raises a copyright, trademark, licensing, or attribution concern, please send us the relevant URL and supporting details. We will review the report and take appropriate action.
