Yes. Standard worldwide shipping is free, and applicable import duties and taxes are included. You should not receive a separate duty or tax charge for a standard order. If a carrier asks you for an unexpected import payment, contact us at fanshop2068@gmail.com before paying it.

Delivery time depends on the product and destination. The current estimate appears during checkout and in your order confirmation. For U.S. orders, shipping commonly takes about 8–16 days after dispatch. Some products ship from China, so customs processing and local carrier conditions can affect the estimate.

We email your tracking number after the order ships. Tracking can take 1–2 business days to begin updating. You can check the latest status on our Order Tracking page.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions and exclusions in our Refund Policy. Return shipping is normally the customer’s responsibility, and the current policy includes a 20% restocking fee.

Styled photos may show display pieces for inspiration. Pins, badges, inserts and decorations are sold separately unless the product page explicitly lists them as included. Check the product contents and selected variant before ordering.
